Careers We're hiring

Automate the movement of the physical world.

See open roles ↓

Everything you own crossed a dozen systems to reach you, and almost none of them are automated. The physical economy still runs on phone calls, PDFs, and fax. We are building the software layer underneath it, and we start where it is hardest: freight. Come build it with us.

Why we're here

The physical economy is the last great
industry the internet forgot.

01

The physical world still runs offline.

Everything you own crossed a dozen systems to reach you: warehouses, brokers, carriers, customs. The people who run them still live in inboxes, spreadsheets, and phone trees. The software never arrived.

02

We automate the manual labor, not the judgment.

Messages buried in email, data keyed by hand into systems built decades ago. The same work repeated behind every container moved and every truck loaded, millions of times a day to keep the world fed. That repetitive work should be automated, all of it, but never the judgment. The hard calls stay with people. Trust is the product.

03

We start where it is hardest.

Freight is the hardest, most software-resistant corner of the physical economy. So we started there. Win the hard part in production, and the rest of the physical world is downstream.

That is the work. It is not abstract, and it is not easy. That is exactly why it is worth doing.

Open roles

Find where you'd build.

We hire slowly and deliberately. Every role here is a founding one: you will shape the function, not inherit it.

How we work

Built for people who would rather build.

Built by operators

We have designed products and built systems that move the physical world at Uber and Amazon, and run the freight desk at Flexport. We build for the person doing the manual work today, not a persona in a deck.

Too much responsibility

You will own surfaces you are not ready for, sooner than you would like. That is the deal. You will never be bored, and you will do the best work of your career.

Concrete over clever

The freight world is precise and unforgiving. So is the bar here. We ship the real thing, measure it in production, and tell the truth about what works.

Small team, high trust

Few people, enormous surface area. Marketers read SQL, engineers talk to customers. Your title is the least interesting thing about you.

The work

Edge cases aren't edge cases.
Not in the physical world.

You can't pre-code a ship capsizing and blocking the Strait of Hormuz. The physical world doesn't run on clean if-statements. It runs on exceptions, ambiguity, and things no one could plan for. Building systems and products that thrive in that, and streamline what has taken human hands for thousands of years, is the entire game.
